Today is the Mid-Autumn Festival. I wish you all a happy reunion and a full moon full of happiness. I don’t even mention the food I usually eat in the factory canteen, but today is a holiday to express my condolences to the five internal organs temple.

Slice the beef against the grain, wash and slice the ginger, and cut the green onion into sections.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the fragrant ginger first.

Next add the marinated beef.
