Turn on the fire, add an appropriate amount of peanut oil. When the oil is hot, add the meat slices and fry until they are eighty-cent cooked. Add shredded ginger and continue frying until the pork turns yellow. Add in the chili peppers and stir-fry. Add an appropriate amount of soy sauce and salt. Continue stir-frying. When the oil is eighty-cent cooked, add an appropriate amount of chicken essence and continue to stir-fry. When the chili peppers are cooked, turn off the heat and scoop out the chili peppers.
