Stir-fried bacon with celery
Overview
My mother-in-law is from Sichuan and she pickles a lot of bacon. My mother-in-law likes to cook bacon. When eating rice, she slices and heats it and eats it directly with rice. I think it is a bit greasy to eat like that. I happened to grow some celery at home, so I thought of frying it and trying it. Sure enough, it tastes great, with the salty aroma of bacon and the crispness of celery.
