Overview
Today, my son and I looked at the leeks we bought at noon and chose a way to eat them that suits my son. The soft noodles are easy to digest. Eating leeks in spring is said to be good for growing taller. Today is the first time I downloaded this app. The photos were taken in a hurry. I will improve in the future

Mix the noodles with water of about 70 degrees into a thin consistency, and let it rest for about ten minutes, so that it can be picked up with chopsticks

Dip the dough into dry flour so that it doesn't stick to your hands, then pat the dough into a round shape and flatten it

The filling is made by cutting leeks and scrambled eggs while the noodles are waking up, and then mix them with rapeseed oil, oil, shrimp skin, eggs and vegetable foam. Because the shrimp skin is already salty, so add less salt

Place the previously mixed stuffing on the previously patted dough pancake, and wrap the stuffing well by pulling the edge of the pancake
