  1. Mix the flour with warm water to form a slightly soft dough, then roll it into thin sheets after rising for a quarter of an hour.

  2. Add the seasonings to the meat filling and mix well

  3. Spread the meat filling evenly on the dough sheet, leaving a quarter empty.

  4. Fold the blank space upward

  5. Repeat the previous steps one after another, pinching the corners tightly.

  6. Roll out into the size of an electric pan, bake until both sides are golden, brush with a little oil and serve
