Cut the butter into small pieces and let it sit at room temperature to soften.

Two egg yolks, beaten.

After the butter has softened, add the sugar. Now that the temperature is very high, just beat it with chopsticks until the color becomes lighter.

Add the egg yolk liquid in 3 or 4 batches, beating each time until the egg yolk and butter are completely combined before adding the next time.

After adding the egg yolk liquid, you can sift the cake flour.

Mix the flour and butter into a dough. If it feels a little wet, put the dough in the refrigerator for a while.

Scoop about a tablespoon of dough and form into a round ball, 15 in total.

Gently put it into the shredded coconut bowl and cover it with shredded coconut.

Do everything one by one and place on the baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees, middle rack, for 30 minutes.
