Overview

I saw someone use a similar method to make waterless scallion oil chicken before. Because I didn’t like the smell of onions, I switched to garlic. I didn’t expect that the garlic soaked in the aroma of chicken in the sauce would be glutinous, and the chicken would also have a strong flavor. The two complemented each other. Love this bite.

  1. Wash the chicken wing roots and set aside.

  9. Cook over medium heat until steamed

  10. Change to low heat. Simmer for 20 minutes
