Dried apples

Overview

My snacks are generally made by myself, which are hygienic, healthy and contain no additives. The whole family can safely eat it. As a housewife, the health and happiness of my family is my greatest achievement!

Steps

  1. Wash the apples and cut into four pieces. Remove seeds, leave skin on, and cut into thin slices. (I cut it too thin. It was supposed to bake for 2 hours, but I baked it in 30 minutes.) Soak in clean water with the juice of half a lemon for 15 minutes. (Just enough water to cover the apple slices)

  2. Spread the apples flat on the grill, place in the preheated oven, and bake at 100 degrees Celsius for 1 hour. (This time should be adjusted appropriately according to the thickness of the apple slices)

  3. It's almost dry and the apple slices are starting to curl.

  4. Finished product.
