Milk carrot custard
Overview
Ever since I was little, I have always liked eating egg custard. It has a soft, glutinous and smooth texture. It retains the rich nutrition of eggs and is easy to digest. This is why many people like it. Whether it is children, the elderly, or young people in their prime, egg custard is the best nutritious meal. It is simple and quick to make and can be served in ten minutes.

Steps
-
Ingredients: eggs, milk and carrots.
-
Peel the carrots, cut into small cubes, break the eggs into a bowl and stir well.
-
Pour in the milk and sugar, beat evenly, and filter through a sieve to make the egg liquid more delicate. Of course, you don't need to filter it, but there will be bubbles on the surface of the steamed custard, which does not prevent it from being eaten.
-
Add diced carrots.
-
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, prick a few small holes, and steam in boiling water for 9 minutes.
-
I set it for 10 minutes. The surface was a little dry, so 8 or 9 minutes was enough. Tender, milky and delicious.
