  1. Ingredients: Black plum, dried hawthorn, tangerine peel, licorice, osmanthus, roselle, rock sugar

  2. Put the black plum, licorice, tangerine peel and dried hawthorn into a casserole, add water and soak for half an hour, then bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes
