Spicy Chicken
Overview
I haven’t had much appetite in the past two days, so I just wanted to eat something exciting. I just served a spicy chicken with a lot of chili peppers and Sichuan peppercorns. It was enough to make me spicy. Haha, it still feels good to pick meat among the chili peppers.

After washing the chicken legs, remove the bones and cut into small pieces.

Put it into a bowl, add appropriate amount of salt, sugar and pepper to taste very fresh, marinate with cooking wine for 10 minutes.

Use more cornstarch and mix well before frying.

Put it into 70% hot oil and fry.

After frying until golden brown and fragrant, remove and control the oil.

Stir-fry until you can smell the fragrant Sichuan peppercorns and chili peppers, add the onions, ginger, garlic and onion slices into the pot and stir-fry.

After frying until fragrant, add the previously fried chicken cubes and green onions into the pot and stir-fry.
