Wash and cut the pig's trotters.

Pour into the pot and blanch for 5 minutes, remove and rinse.

Heat oil in a pot, add pig trotters over high heat and stir-fry evenly, then add rice wine, soy sauce and minced garlic and continue stir-fry for 5 minutes.

Transfer to a casserole, add an appropriate amount of boiling water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for an hour.
