Use 250g of wheat flour, pour in yogurt, and stir evenly with the baking powder diluted in warm water.

First fermentation.

During the fermentation process, prepare a fixed grid with tin foil for later use.

Add appropriate amount of olive oil to the dough that has doubled in size and knead evenly, then continue to ferment.

After fermentation, take out the noodles and knead them until they resemble fascia.

Divide the dough into three pieces, roll it out with a rolling pin, add dried red dates in the middle, and roll it from top to bottom into a bear shape. Place in the grill and continue to rise until the surface swells.

Spray water on the surface and put it in the oven to heat at 210°C for half an hour.

About 10 minutes, when the surface becomes cooked, pull it out and cover it with a layer of tin foil to prevent it from burning.
