Refreshing cucumber roll
Overview
I’ve eaten too much cucumbers, so I’ll try something new today, a beautiful cucumber roll. After being topped with seasonings, each cucumber roll is packed with flavor, no less than cucumbers. It's just right for breakfast with porridge or light staple food. A touch of light green is an eye-catching color on the breakfast table.

Cut the cucumber into thin slices with a paring knife

Each one is rolled into a roll

Add some seasonings: oil, steamed fish soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, vinegar

Pour it on the newly arranged cucumber rolls, and sprinkle some millet pepper or minced garlic on the top layer

Heat oil in a hot pan. When the oil is hot, pour it over the cucumber rolls
