Half of the enoki mushrooms.

Remove the roots and wash.

Squeeze out the water (actually it won’t dry out).

Heat oil in a pan and add chopped wild pepper and minced ginger.

Pour in the enoki mushrooms.

Stir fry it and it will become soft and watery.

Add a spoonful of chopped pepper and stir-fry.

Add some salt and pepper (taste before salting.).

Remove from the pan.

Serve the meal.
