Overview
I made this potato chip in March when we were inundated with potatoes. At that time, I was looking at a pile of potatoes and thinking about how to solve it every day. One day my family bought potato chips to eat, and I thought of this. The potato chips you make yourself can definitely compete with those outside!

Peel the potatoes and soak them in water.

Shave into thin slices with a plane (the thinner, the better, and evenly). Soak in water for a few minutes, then remove and spread out to dry slightly.
