Separate egg yolks and egg whites. Pour water, oil, and sugar into the egg yolks and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Add 30 grams of white sugar to the egg whites in three batches, beat until wet and dry, and the egg beater has sharp corners when lifted.
