  3. While marinating the meat, prepare the ingredients and sauce. Mince the garlic, shred the ginger, coriander, and carrots, then add the sauce. Pour the white vinegar and white sugar into a bowl in the same ratio and mix well (I made it sweet, friends who like slightly sour can add more vinegar)

  4. After cutting, add an appropriate amount of oil to the wok, heat it to 70% heat and start frying the meat slices. Use medium heat to fry for the first time until slightly hard and then take it out. After frying everything, change to high heat and fry again until golden brown and take it out
