It’s too hot and I’m too lazy to turn on the pan to stir-fry, so let’s have some steamed taro with black bean sauce. It’s slightly spicy and very appetizing. I didn’t expect that the whole family would love it.

Ingredients to prepare: tempeh, taro

Peel the taro, cut in half and place on a plate.

Chop garlic and chili pepper and set aside.

Put 1 tablespoon of tempeh, chopped chili, and garlic on the taro.

Add 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce.

Put it in a pot, steam over high heat and then steam over medium heat for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion before serving.
