Santa Claus Strawberry Cup Cake
Overview
I had some whipped cream left over from yesterday at home, and today I made this cup cake on a whim. It’s very easy. I’m a novice in baking and I only do simple baking. Baking is a sweet hole and I love it. This pit keeps my family eating healthy and happy.

Separate the whites and yolks of the three eggs, prepare two plates, and divide them into each plate
-
Add 10 grams of fine sugar to the egg yolk plate and stir evenly
-
Then add corn oil into the egg yolk and stir
-
Add milk and mix well
-
Sift in the low-gluten flour and stir until there are no lumps
-
This is the mixed egg yolk paste

Add 30 grams of fine sugar to the egg whites in three batches and beat

Pour the egg yolk batter into the remaining two-thirds of the meringue and mix evenly
-
This is the mixed cake batter
-
Pour it into the prepared small cup. I poured it 80% full, because the cup will be a little bit trodden after it comes out of the oven
-
Put the cupcake batter on the baking tray into the preheated oven, heat to 165 degrees and lower to 160 degrees, bake for 18 minutes
-
At this time I cut the strawberries and decorated them
-
Take it out of the oven after 18 minutes and let it cool
-
Pour on the cream
-
Squeeze what you like, I’ll squeeze whatever you want
-
Stack the cut strawberries
-
It looks good with strawberry decoration
