As a condiment, many people are not used to the taste of tempeh. But I prefer this flavor, maybe it’s a memory of my mother’s cooking when I was a kid. Today's dish is simple and easy to make, but it is very delicious.

Flatten the green pepper with the side of a knife.

Score a few times with the tip of a knife to cut the green pepper into shreds.

Prepare ingredients, mince ginger, garlic, and black bean and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic and black beans and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add green pepper and onion shreds and stir-fry. Add a little water and simmer. Use a spatula to mash the green pepper until soft.
