  1. Flatten the green pepper with the side of a knife.

  3. Prepare ingredients, mince ginger, garlic, and black bean and set aside.

  4. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic and black beans and stir-fry until fragrant.

  5. Add green pepper and onion shreds and stir-fry. Add a little water and simmer. Use a spatula to mash the green pepper until soft.
