The baby said that it has been a long time since he had the meat buns made by his mother and he wanted to try some methods today. My baby has never liked pork, but I could eat all the meat in the buns and said they were delicious😋

  1. Prepare warm water first, not hot enough to touch your hands. Then mix the yeast and water thoroughly, add it into the flour and knead the dough with chopsticks until it is almost mixed, and then knead the dough with your hands. The kneaded dough should not stick to your hands. When waiting for the dough to rise, I use another basin to cover it. It cannot be directly exposed to the air. It will dry out easily and the temperature will get cold quickly. If the weather is particularly cold, you can put hot water under the dough basin. It seems very verbose [silly laugh] [silly laugh] After the dough has risen, knead it to remove the air. Add salt, chicken essence, oyster sauce, and water to the meat filling, and beat vigorously (add an appropriate amount of water to make the meat more smooth and tender). Cut the carrots into small pieces and add them to the meat filling (you can add your favorite ingredients)

  2. Make the buns. I made two sizes. The big ones are steamed directly, and the small shop makes pan-fried buns

  3. Slowly fry the small buns in a pan until the bottom of the buns becomes crusty. Pour in the starch-adjusted water, cover and simmer for about 8 minutes (the time depends on the size of the buns and the amount of water). When the water dries up, you can eat the pan-fried buns with soft and fragrant buns and crispy bottoms.
