Place the raisins in a glass container and wash them well.

Pour in the rum, just enough to cover the raisins.

After soaking for more than 5 hours, the raisins will have thickened.

Transfer the raisins to a food processor and pour in the soaked rum as well.

Start the food processor and puree the raisins and wine into a paste.

Pour the mixed liquid into a basin, bring to a boil over medium heat and then reduce to low heat. After the sauce forms bubbles, continue to use a spoon to scrape the sauce on the wall of the basin back into the basin and stir to prevent the pot from being stuck.

When the sauce thickens and bubbles continuously, turn off the heat. Put the sauce into a clean, oil-free and water-free container and store it tightly.
