Black sesame honey shortbread
Overview
It's been really freezing these days. It's really hard to live without heating. . . I sleep in the dormitory every night, and when I wake up the next day, my hands and feet are cold. I have to put on my long johns until midnight. It’s really freezing~ But luckily, there has been sunshine this week, and the warmth on my body is not to mention how comfortable it is. Let’s grab a piece of shortbread by the way, don’t feel too bad in the afternoon~

Steps
-
First, let’s talk about how to make the sesame filling: the black sesame seeds I chose are cooked, so I crushed them directly with a rolling pin. If yours are not cooked, you can stir them without adding oil before continuing to crush them.
-
Put the ground sesame seeds into a bowl, then add honey, 10g of flour and 10g of white sugar (flour is added to the filling to prevent the sugar from melting and flowing out of the cake when heated).
-
Just stir it evenly.
-
Next, make a dough with water-oil dough, 200g of flour, 20g of white sugar, 25g of vegetable oil, and 40ml of water. Put it into a bread bucket, customize the dough, and knead for 10 minutes to make the dough smooth.
-
Mix the water-oil skin and set it aside, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
-
When the dough is loosened, put the low-gluten flour and 25g of vegetable oil into a bread barrel and mix evenly to form a dough.
-
There is water-oil crust on the top and puff pastry dough on the bottom.
-
Divide the water dough and pastry dough into 8 small doughs.
-
Roll out the dough, put in the pastry dough, and wrap it up.
-
Wrap all the dough.
-
Flatten the small ball, roll it into an olive shape, and roll it up from one end.
-
Flatten it and roll it up from one end.
-
Flatten the rolled dough, roll it out, and add the prepared sesame filling.
-
Tuck it shut and wrap it up.
-
Wrap all the black sesame shortbread cookies, spray a little water on the surface, and add a little white sesame seeds for decoration.
-
Preheat the oven, put the shortbread in the middle layer, heat up and down, 180 degrees, and bake for 15 minutes.
-
The coloring is light.
-
Break it apart and take a look, the layers are clear.
-
Don’t be in a hurry when you let it cool down before eating~ (Because of my gluttony, I ate a small piece right after it was baked and ended up burning it/(ㄒoㄒ)/~~, please don’t be in a hurry~)
