Fried Dumplings with Chives and Carrots
Overview
This method of making dumplings is new to me. Last time I was making hot pot at my brother’s house, it happened that his colleague knew how to make dumplings, so he followed suit and learned how to make dumplings. It was very simple. My son said he wanted to eat fried dumplings, and there happened to be a carrot in the refrigerator, so he cut some mixed leeks on the balcony. This is my first time making fried dumplings. In the past, I usually bought them from outside. I saw fried dumplings online a few days ago and paid attention to them, but I didn’t understand why water was added. However, they came out very crispy.

Wash and chop the leeks

Wash the carrots, peel and chop

Mix carrots and leeks together

Add appropriate amount of salt and a little sugar

Add salt and pepper and mix well

Take a piece of dumpling wrapper, put stuffing in the middle and wrap it into a raw dumpling embryo

Heat the electric pan and pour oil over it, put the dumpling embryos in and fry

Fry until one side turns golden brown, then turn and fry on the other side

Add a little water and fry until both sides turn golden brown
