Let’s cook the noodles first. Since the wet noodles are not enough for two people, I put in some dried noodles

Heat the oil in a pan, put the green onion over low heat and simmer the green onion oil

When the green onions are charred but not mushy, turn off the heat and add steamed fish soy sauce, salt and dark soy sauce.

Drain the noodles and mix them directly in the pot
