Curry vegetables

Overview

This is a follow-up to the squid rings in the previous article. It is an independent dish, but it is also a dipping sauce.

Wash the enoki mushrooms and cut the other vegetables into shreds. After watching everyone on TV showing great knife skills, I think I should use a shredding tool. The cuts are too ugly and too thick. . . .
Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, boil it, add various vegetables, cook for a while, and then drain the water.
Add the remaining curry paste from the previous meal, mix well and serve. . .
