Stewed eggs with red clams
Overview
Of all cooking methods, steaming is the healthiest. It can retain the original flavor of food and is very suitable for ingredients that are inherently delicious. This time I bought red clams, which taste a bit like arctic clams. They are used in stewed eggs to add a gorgeous color. As for its taste, it's so unique that you can't even find it.
