Chicken stewed with mushrooms

My husband’s aunts came and brought a lot of wild hazel mushrooms that they picked from the mountains. We happened to have chicken at home, so let’s have some chicken stewed hazel mushrooms~

Soak the dried hazelnut mushrooms in water

Cut the chicken into pieces and blanch two pieces of ginger in water

Slice onions and ginger

Add oil to the pan, add the chicken and stir-fry

Put in the light soy sauce (the light soy sauce must be put in at this time. If you put it in after adding the water, I think it will have a light soy sauce flavor)
