Prepare the required materials

Add eggs, cooking oil, sugar, yeast, and salt to the milk in sequence

Stir evenly until all the salt and sugar are dissolved

Add flour and continue stirring until large floccules form, plain flour will do.

Now you can add cooking oil,

Knead into a smooth dough and ferment for the first time, which will take about an hour.

When the dough has doubled in size, knead it for a while and perform the second fermentation for 30 minutes.

After the dough is fully fermented, divide it into 3 equal parts

Twist your hair into 3 braids

Arrange and shape into a baking pan

Brush with egg wash and place in the oven to rise for another 20 minutes

Bake in the oven at 250 degrees for 20 minutes, cover with tin foil when browned
