Overview

Swimming crabs have always been eaten boiled. Today I wanted to try a new way of eating them. It was my first time making them and they were a bit salty.

  1. Wash and cut the swimming crabs into pieces, then marinate them with salt, white wine, green onion and ginger for half an hour. Discard the overflowing water from the marinated crabs. Dip in starch and fry until golden brown, remove and absorb oil.
