Add a little oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the chopped sour garlic, sour ginger, and sour chili peppers, stir-fry until fragrant and add the duck.

When the duck has no blood, add a little more light soy sauce and an appropriate amount of dark soy sauce. Stir-fry for a while and then add boiling water to cover the duck. Open the lid and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes. When one-third of the juice is left, add the sliced lemon (remove the seeds) and stir-fry evenly. When the juice is reduced, add an appropriate amount of oyster sauce, collect the juice and serve on a plate.
