The silver cod bought in the supermarket is naturally thawed and lightly rinsed with clean water to remove the moisture.

Pour oil into the pan until it is 80% hot, add fish fillets and fry slowly over medium-low heat.

Fry until both sides are lightly browned. Pour in white wine and cover for ten seconds. Open and serve on a plate.

Serve with pre-boiled asparagus, drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and grate lemon zest. Done.
