Overview
Mango sticky rice is a popular delicacy in Southeast Asia and is relatively simple to make. In order to make it more beautiful and distinctive, I carved the cucumber into a mini bamboo tube and filled it with mango and glutinous rice separately, which makes the simple food preparation more novel, and the food accompanied by vegetables is healthier

After soaking the glutinous rice, start cooking the glutinous rice. You can boil it in water or coconut milk + water. Considering that coconut milk has fat content, I chose to boil it in water and also added some sugar

While the glutinous rice is cooking, start carving the cucumbers and set aside

When cooking coconut milk, you can add sugar or not, depending on your personal taste and preference

Put the glutinous rice and mango cut into small pieces separately, pour coconut milk on the glutinous rice, add lemon slices to the plate, you can also twist the juice of the lemon slices on the glutinous rice when eating, this is based on personal needs
