Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash and peel potatoes
-
Cut into dices and put them into a plastic bag, place them in the microwave and heat them for one minute (watch in between) for about five minutes until the diced potatoes are cooked
-
After taking out the cooked diced potatoes, press it with one end of the rolling pin and then roll it into a puree. Let it cool slightly and pour it into the container
-
Dice bacon and onions
-
Pour into the wok and fry until brown (first add the bacon and stir-fry the oil, then add the onion)
-
Pour the fried onions and bacon into the mashed potatoes
-
Mix the mashed potatoes and chopped onions and bacon evenly, taste it, and season with a little salt and pepper according to your own taste
-
Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pan and fry the bread crumbs over low heat until golden brown
-
Divide the mashed potatoes into small portions and roll them into balls of suitable size, then flatten them into cakes and apply a layer of starch on the surface
-
Add the beaten egg liquid, shake the egg liquid gently to coat the entire potato cake with the egg liquid, use chopsticks to gently lift it up as shown
-
Put it into the fried bread crumbs and evenly coat it with a layer of bread crumbs (the potato cakes are a little soft and will deform when you put them in the egg liquid and pick them up with chopsticks. It doesn’t matter. You can shape them slightly after coating them in bread crumbs)
-
Prepare them all in sequence and place them on a baking sheet lined with tin foil
-
After the oven is preheated, bake at 170 degrees for 15 minutes on the middle level. Adjust the temperature according to the temperature of your own oven. The heat should not be too strong to avoid cracking

Fragrant! Delicious~
