Prepare tofu and defrost shrimps.

Fry the tofu in a pan over low heat until golden brown on both sides.

Fry them all.

Put soy sauce, oyster sauce, white sugar and cooking wine in a casserole and mix thoroughly.

Add water and tofu and bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the shrimp and continue cooking for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with chopped green onion.
