Water chestnut pear juice
Overview
Autumn and winter are prone to dryness. Water chestnuts are a good vegetable of the season. Eating some in moderation can moisten dryness and dispel internal heat. Boil it with Sydney for a while and stir it in a wall breaker to have a hot healthy drink. Especially our children should pay attention to keeping warm, and my daughter likes this water chestnut juice very much, and I hope my parents will like it too.
