Tofu eggs
Overview
I learned this dish from somewhere else and made it for my children. I thought it was quite delicious. Specially uploaded so that mothers can make eggs in different ways for their children.

Steam the tofu for about ten minutes.

After the steamed tofu has cooled slightly, remove the old skin from the surface.

Cut the tofu into dices the size of your thumbnail, add salt to the egg liquid and mix well, chop the green onion into fine pieces and set aside.

Pour the tofu into the egg mixture and mix well

Heat the oil in the pot over medium-low heat and pour the tofu and egg liquid into the pot without stirring.

When it turns golden brown, flip it over and fry the other side.

After frying, turn off the heat, add the green onions and mix well.
