Spicy green beans
Overview
I originally planned to make salt and pepper green beans, but I didn’t have any salt and pepper powder at home. I had a bottle of barbecue powder, but it didn’t taste good enough when I sprinkled it on it. So I sprinkled some chili powder on it. It’s the seasoned chili powder, and it’s also very delicious.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the green beans and break them into the segments you like. If the beans you buy are older, tear off the tendons.
-
Boil a pot of water.
-
After the water boils, put down the green beans and cook them until they are raw. The reason why they need to be cooked once is to prevent them from being cooked unevenly if they are stir-fried. You don’t have to cook them for a long time, just cut them raw, because they will still be fried later.
-
Remove the cooked green beans and place on a plate for later use.
-
Heat oil in pan.
-
Pour in the blanched green beans and stir-fry.
-
Fry until cooked or browned until skin wrinkles.
-
After frying, sprinkle in barbecue powder and chili powder.
-
I usually use salt and pepper powder and cumin powder, but this time I happened to have no salt and pepper powder. The chili powder is the kind of seasoned chili powder, not pure chili powder.
