Remove the eggplant from the middle and cut the top with a flower knife.

Heat a frying pan and brush it with a small amount of oil. Add salt and cumin seeds to the eggplant with the cut side facing up. Fry until the bottom becomes soft.

Turn the eggplant over and continue grilling.

Fry until the surface of the eggplant is golden brown and the eggplant is cooked. Remove it and place it on a plate.

Add oil to the pot and saute onion and ginger until fragrant.

Add the meat filling and stir-fry until it changes color.

Add pickled peppers and continue stir-frying.
