Add glutinous rice flour to baking powder and mix well

Add sugar to water and dissolve

Pour water into glutinous rice flour and knead into dough

Divide the dough into 20g pieces

After soaking in water, wrap it in sesame seeds (the sesame seeds will not fall off easily)

Pour oil into the pot until the oil bubbles, then add the sesame balls and fry over low heat

Fry until the sesame balls float to the surface, then use a spoon to flatten the sesame balls and continue frying

Fry until the sesame balls are golden and about doubled in size (if you want the sesame balls to be hollow, you can repeatedly flatten the sesame balls)
