Braised quail eggs with flavor
Overview
I love to see the beautiful egg cracks on the tea eggs. By chance, after I finished marinating the meat, I felt like throwing it away when I saw the bottom of the marinade. Wouldn’t it be delicious if I reused it to marinate eggs? So out of curiosity, I tried it, and it tasted surprisingly delicious. Then I tried it with star anise and soy sauce instead of marinating the meat. The taste was also great, and the most important thing is that it is simple and convenient to operate.
