Crispy fried fish
Overview
This is one of the dishes I recorded before. It is delicious. However, the weather is very hot and I didn’t fry it at home, so I will share it directly with pictures of the shooting process. Use beer instead of water and add a little baking powder to make a crispy fried batter, which will make it even crispier.

For small miscellaneous fish, you can choose spring fish, small crucian carp, or small yellow croaker, but you must choose small ones.

Wash the small fish.

Dry with kitchen towel.

Add salt, cooking wine, and marinate for a few minutes. ,

Mix cornstarch, flour, baking powder, salt and pepper powder evenly.

Add beer to make crispy fried batter.

Dip the fish in a thin layer of cornstarch, then coat with a layer of crispy fried batter,

Put each strip into the pot and fry over medium-low heat until cooked.

Pick it up. Once the oil is hot enough, fry again.
