Wild rice wine

Didn’t I write a recipe for wild rice a few days ago? In the past few days, I have been asking what wild rice is, where to buy it, how it tastes, whether it is easy to cook, what nutritional content it contains, and what Chinese medicine it is paired with (making me look like a drug dealer...) There are all kinds of them, and most people ask about the taste~ The taste of wild rice is very similar to oatmeal. It is not oatmeal, but yellow oatmeal with very long husk. It is crunchy on the outside and very chewy~ Suddenly I thought I might be able to make a fuss about it~ I went to Lanzhou during the summer vacation last year and fell in love with the local dessert sweet fermented grains. Basically, everyone ate ramen in the morning and I ate sweet fermented grains. Everyone ate ramen at noon and I ate sweet fermented grains after finishing the ramen. In the evening, when everyone ate ramen, I ate a pot helmet and ate sweet fermented grains. It was as if I had grown up outside the door of Duji Desserts... I went home and tried the medical rice wine and distiller's koji. After adjusting it twice, it worked! With such similar taste to wild rice, try making some rice wine too! But because the shell of wild rice is really hard, I added glutinous rice together~

Soak wild rice in cold water the night before

The glutinous rice should also be soaked a few hours in advance

Steam for half an hour, the glutinous rice will absorb a little more water, then stir it, spread it out and let it cool

Just press a rice wine program and you’re done! It was about one day. The temperature in Shanghai was low. After I finished it, I added another six hours
