Chop garlic and onion and set aside

Cut the pork into shreds, put it in a bowl and marinate it with five-spice powder, soy sauce and peanut oil for a while

Cut the potatoes into shreds, rinse them with water several times to wash off the starch, and stir-fry them in a non-stick pan (forgot to take a photo). Heat a pan with cold oil and stir-fry the marinated shredded pork

Fry the shredded meat until cooked, add shredded potatoes and stir-fry quickly, then add minced garlic, stir-fry until almost cooked and then add shredded green onions

Stir-fry together over high heat for a while, then take it out of the pan
