Ancestor ~~ Fried beans
Overview
After wandering outside, I missed many of the tastes of my hometown and my mother's home-cooked dishes, so I searched for memories and began to slowly find back the wisdom of my mother's life. The beans I usually eat are either fried or boiled, and the original fragrance of the beans is gone. After communication and experimentation before and after frying, I have such a delicious and simple stir-fried beans, which still tastes like when I was a child. I am alone at home today, so I can only share the delicious food with everyone.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients: cut beans diagonally (easy to add salt), cut green pepper into small pieces, flatten and chop garlic, red pepper (you can use it or not, I just have some left at home, put it high inside, otherwise it will be damaged by the heat and it will be wasted)
-
In a dry pan without oil, add the beans and stir-fry until they turn green. Stir-fry constantly and be careful not to burn them.
-
Add green pepper (spicy or not, depending on personal preference), red pepper, and garlic and stir-fry for a while.
-
Add an appropriate amount of cooking oil (it would be better if there is lard, the beans will be very soft, suitable for children)
-
Add salt, stir fry and add a little water.
-
Remove from heat and serve.
