Bad Braised Pork
Overview
Braised pork is a delicacy that I loved when I was a kid. The pieces of meat are either fat or thin. When you bite into it, your mouth will be filled with the aroma of braised pork. The meat is fat but not greasy.

Wash the pork belly, add water, ginger and green onions and boil

Wait for the water to boil and defoam, add cooking wine and continue cooking. Turn off the heat when chopsticks can be inserted

Take out the meat and cut into slices

Place the meat in a deeper bowl and spread the gravy on top

Sprinkle sugar on top of the rice

Steam in a pot over water for half an hour, then continue to simmer over medium-low heat for 30 minutes. The more the pork is steamed, the more delicious it becomes. When the fat is steamed until it becomes transparent, it tastes best.
