Overview

When I cook, I often come up with some random ideas and pair them with some seasonal fruits to make the dishes have a unique flavor. Mango is known as the king of tropical fruits and has high nutritional value. It is now the season for mangoes to be in large quantities. Today, I used mango to create a braised mango chicken drumstick. It is attractive in color, sweet and delicious, and is loved by the family.

  1. Cut the mango into cubes, shred the ginger, and mince the garlic.

  2. Wash the chicken legs and prick them with a toothpick on both sides (or cut them diagonally) to make them more flavorful. Pour cold water into the pot, boil to remove the blood, remove, add soy sauce chicken juice and marinate for 1 hour.

  5. Pour in hot water, not too much, just enough to cover the chicken legs, cover the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer.

  6. When the chicken legs are cooked and the soup thickens, add the mango and stir-fry quickly.
