  1. Soak the fungus in advance and cut into small pieces; wash the green pepper and cut it into shreds or cubes; cut the green onion into sections and mince the garlic and ginger and set aside

  2. Slice the lean meat, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, peanut oil, cornstarch, ginger and garlic, marinate for a while, I prefer to use ginger and garlic to remove the fishy smell of the meat;

  3. Preheat the oil in the wok. Add the green pepper and fungus and stir-fry until the surface of the green pepper looks a little brown. Add the marinated meat and stir-fry with salt until the meat turns white. Add some water and stir-fry for another minute.
