Wash the clams with clean water

Put the washed clams into a pot of boiling water with rice wine and cook for about one minute until they open, then take them out and take a shower

Use a knife to cut open the clams that haven't opened yet (be careful of hurting your hands)

Put salad oil in a clean pot, heat it up, add the minced ginger, green onions, and dried chili peppers and stir-fry until fragrant, add clams and stir-fry for half a minute, add rice wine to remove the fishy smell! Add a small amount of water, steamed fish soy sauce, and fresh soy sauce to a boil, cover the pot and simmer for one minute, add a small amount of MSG and pepper, take out the pot and put it on a plate, sprinkle with the remaining chopped green onion
